I've been searching the web for weeks now and I can't find a costume for Halloween. I'm looking to be a porcelain doll I think because I LOVE the makeup that goes along with it.
I am looking for a dress that looks like it would belong on a porcelain doll, an older fashion dress.
I don't want it to really be tacky though, I'm looking for something high quality.
Do you girls know of any sites/stores I could find something like this in??

Try looking at Lolita fashion websites, a lot of their dresses look very doll-like.

It might work to just wear like a skater dress with like a tutu underneath to make the skirt look more puffy. with some long white socks or something.

I would just check local thrift stores. I mean it's just for Halloween so you probably don't want to spend too much money on it and most local thrift stores will carry something that will work. Good luck (: I was a broken doll for Halloween last year (;

DON't DO MILANOO OH GOD NO. (Sorry I'm a Lolita and Milanoo is a the devil for Lolitas.)
I would actually suggest Lacemarket and looking at Bodyline dresses on there. They are all second hand but Bodyline is a good brand that people are sell for pretty cheap but are still good quality. A lot of Lolita's don't like Bodyline, however it's cheap and has better quality than Milanoo.

I just checked Lacemarket and Milanoo. Lacemarket has some dresses going for $20 (that I can attest are good quality and aren't cheap crappy dresses) while Milanoo has dresses going for $80 (that are just going to suck). I really recommend going with Lacemarket to find a dress.

Definitely Lolita dresses or maybe a cute pinafore dress with a frilly blouse?
