What a cute dress! I would style it with subtle jewelry. Nothing chunky or over the top. Although a statement necklace would look really nice. As for makeup I would keep the eyes pretty natural and add a nice bold lipcolour because the dress is already dark and a smokey eye would maybe be too much. As for hair, anything elegant would work. Straight/Curly with the frontpieces braided and then put back to get her at the back or an halo braid (I love braids lol) or an elegant updo.
