Oh yeah, I've just seen they're grey :P then nude or navy would be nice. Or you could even go with some thigh high ribbed socks?

I'd say maybe some tall boots would look better and a cardigan maybe blue colored. but if it's not that cold. honestly just pair it with the ankle boots and maybe a black leather jacket. or the velour jacket you mentioned. if you insist on tights I'd go with navy

Nola as in New Orleans if so its not cold so a pair of sheer tights would be fine with your ankle boots.

Any color tights and black or gray over-the-knee socks is my go to with rompers. You can scrunch the socks around you knee for a textured look and wear ankle boots with it. That romper is really pretty.

That's where I'm moving in December! The weather is cooler in the morning and night around mid 60s so a jacket might be good but it's like high 70s low 80s.
