When I go running no matter how I wear my hair, half way along it's already falling out. I've tried braids, pony tails, plaits, buns- nothing seems to keep all my hair in place.
My hair is past my hips and I have a shorter fringe, I just want a fool-proof workout hairstyle!! Please help me!

I hear ya girl okay wet your hair brush slick your hair back into a ponytail using a thick rubber hair tie use yet another hair tie braid the ponytail spin it into a bun and secure it with bobby pins make sure you cross them over so they stay secure be sure to spray them down with hairspray before you put them in then I highly recommend getting a Nike athletic headband the inside is almost like rubber it will stay in place it won't look too cute but it will stay in place

I used to have the same problem but I just put two hairbands in my ponytail and put a cap on and fed my hair through the hole at the back and it stayed

Do a high ponytail and secure with an elastic and then braid the ponytail and secure that with one as well.

Get the longer elastic headbands and slip that onto the front of your hair when wearing a ponytail or bun that way the headband catches the shorter strands

What I've been doing while running is a tight French braid, but I get my first section on top of my head and use a little elastic tie there, then braid to my neck, and use another elastic, and then finish the braid normally and use a fabric elastic. I find this holds a lot better. I have extremely thick long hair, and nothing else holds it while I run. I can't even wear ponytails because they're too heavy and fall so quickly so I had to experiment a lot with how to keep it sturdy. I'll add in a couple Bobby pins if needed but most days they arent.

I agree with the Nike headbands. Also make sure you're using good hair ties & I use two to keep my hair wrapped better. Ponytails don't work well for me either, I have to do a bun or a braid.
