Hey everyone so recently I've been wanting some hair extensions but everywhere I look I can't find my color. I love the ombré look and was wondering if it would look weird to have hair extensions in a different color than my normal hair. my hair is dirty blonde and the extensions would be a lighter color. also , how many pieces should I get? would one 5 clip web be enough? thanks sooo much for the help!

I'm no expert, but I would look for a set that has 9 wefts so you can really blend it well with your hair.

I would personally go for ombre extensions instead, I find if your colour isn't matched properly it's just way easier to see where your actual hair ends

Oh another thing, when you get them, check out Lilith Moon's youtube channel, she has a few tutorials on how to place extensions that aren't your shade to get an ombre effect.

It really depends on how much lighter they are. My hair has natural highlight so it is lighter and darker through out my whole head so it wouldn't look bad if you blended it in with your natural hair, but it really depends on how light they are. It might be better to just get the ombré extensions.

Extensions are great! Make sure your hair is not thin or the top weft will show through if the wind blows :(. Anyways... No, extensions a shade off will blend with your hair, but do not get a one-weft set. 8 pieces are the best for blending. Especially if you are trying to achieve ombré! Let me know if you have any more questions.
