I got the Maybelline the nudes pallet and before that I got another Maybelline master precise eyeliner pen to do my wings...I noticed my makeup remover wipes were making my eyes burn so I stop using them and I started using my pen for my wings for about two weeks I used it and my eyes hurt:/ I'll post pictures below of my eyes today... I did stop using that pen..

Wipes usually contain solvent alcohol and other harsh ingredients that irritate the skin so its no surprise that it burned, I'm so sorry to hear that happened :( I personally avoid them because they do cause damage to the skin, I'd avoid putting anything on for awhile and doing a nice rinse with oatmeal to help cool off your irritated skin.
I haven't tried that eyeliner so I can't say if it produced the same effect, but I'd toss it out if you do find it burns.

Owie... have you taken anything to help with inflammation? I'd call a doctor or ask your local pharmacist if there's any over the counter product or remedy that can help... for now I'd keep that sensitive clear for at minimum 2 weeks (I'd go for at least a month) including skin care until its not so raw.

It's a reaction to the felt pen and your skin is still irritated by makeup remover wipes. When you don't let it heal and you use the felt tip that can cause all that on your lid.I've had that happen to me before it's no fun.I have that felt tip liner and it didn't bother me but other felt tips have in the past. You may not be able to use that pen as well.

This always happens to me. especially if I touch it to much. I would use coconut oil to take the makeup off your eyes much better for your skin.

I would stop using the makeup remover wipes. I am the same way with any drugstore or even high end makeup removers. It burns and it's not fun! I use a very very gentle makeup remover which is just EXCELLENT at removing makeup. I use 3 tbs Thayer's witch hazel plus 2 tbs almond oil (you can use olive if you have dry skin) I love it. Feels so silky and non irritating. It is cheap and will last you a long long time because that witch hazel bottle is pretty generous. I also use it as a toner and during the summer I don't need moisturizer on top of it. It's an all in one product. You can also make your own hydrating spray using this.
