Let it fade away maybe? I would recommend not dying again because it would just damage the hair more.

You would just have to dye it the same color as the rest of your hair. I'd recommend going to a professional, as they'd be able to match it perfectly. And depending on your hair condition, it may need a filler firs in order to take color. Since you are just adding color, it will not damage it very much. You may need a small trim, but it shouldn't cause visibily noticeable damage to your hair.
Since your blonde is a result of bleach, it will not fade.

I'd keep the steeaks, but go with another color in that same spot...something rich, but I agree a salon is your best bet.

You'll need a filler color first. Use a color that's 1-2 shades darker than the blonde you should try a cool toned color to help neutralize the brassiness as well.
You want it to become neutral THEN go and get a color that's the same it may look a tad darker but it'll fade after a wash or two anyway

^ if she just goes over it it could turn an unwanted hue due to tone and depth of color she has now.
That's a common mistake people make doing at-home dye.
It's the reason some people end up with unwanted tones like green hair when they try to darken it
