So my hair is naturally dark brown I painted it for the first time today with a professional I just did some lights and the lights are like light brown color, but it came out a little darker than what I expected it to be light but the lady that did my hair told me that every time someone paints there hair when they condition it through out the days the color will be lighter , is this true or not? will I get the light color that I want?

It will fade over time, but if it's a lot darker then what you expected then call the salon and set up an appointment to go back. most salons usually have a week grace period and will redo your service free of charge if you are not happy with it.

You could get a clarifying shampoo and that will wash out with color. A little bit every wash.

It will fade. I personally wouldn't worry about using a clarifying shampoo just because it could fade it a lot more than you want and since you just spent the money getting it done. Everyones hair is different especially with color, if I used a clarifying shampoo one time after just getting it done then my hair would be the exact color it was before I went in. Washing your hair with a shampoo not made for color and in warm water will fade it probably in about a week. I personally would still use a shampoo made for hair color though if you can because youre hair is going to fade no matter what but it will help make your hair not a "dull" faded out color.

It doesn't really have anything to do with bleach. I'm assuming she used a permanent hair color?
The permanent hair color opens up the cortex takes out a small amount of your color and adds in the color you're coloring it.
Some times when it's left on too long it oxidizes and appears darker. Within a wash or two it'll be the color you want as excess color is washed out.
And if she used a color specifically meant to lighten dark hair it still technically has a lightening agent
