I have a fair skin tone so my under eyes are really purple and I haven't been able to find my holy grail under eye concealer. Also cost doesn't matter for me thank you!

You probably need a color corrector as well as a concealer. For purple tones you'll need a yellow color corrector followed by your skin tone concealer. I use the yellow shade in the NYX Correcting Concealer palette followed by the NYX HD Concealer (:

I just picked up Kevin Aucoin's Sensual Skin Enhancer and holy wow! I had to watch tutorials on how to use it because it is just so pigmented and even a tiny dot is too much! I cut it with moisturizer and I really love it. I don't put anything but tinted moisturizer/sunscreen up directly under my eye..so I used this where shadows naturally fall and although I'm still playing with it, it is definitely a powerhouse.

I like the "stay all Day" concealer by essence, it works very well on my fair skin :)

I've tried a million things as well. My favorite routine is to use the Tarte Under Eye Color Correcting concealer, as it has peach/orange tones in it to counter act the purple. I apply it directly on the line of the circle ( not in the area around the circle) before I begin my makeup. I let it sit there while I do the rest of my face (5-10 minutes.) Once I'm done, I use my Real Techniques sponge and apply Clinique's All About Eyes (or something like that) in a triangle shape under my eye.
This way I'm not caking concealer all over my under eye area, literally only on the purpleness itself. The Clnique concelaer is more sheer, while the Tarte is very thick & opaque, so the Clnique produces a natural brightness to my face without looking cakey.
Hope this helps!
(another great concealer with peach tones is Nars' one, I think it's called Luminous Concealer)
