Hello lovelies! So here's my dilemma.. I have very curly hair and lately it's been so frizzy and dry and more wavy than curly now. That being said, I think my hair is in need of a lot of moisture. I've already used coconut and argan oil and those didn't help much. Please recommend your favourite deep conditioners/ masks and mousses for curly, dry, frizzy hair. The current products I use are:
~Head and Shoulders Shampoo
~Organix Coconut Condtioner
~John Freida Frizz Ease Mousse, Paul Mitchell Leave in Conditioner, and Shea Moisture Curl Smoothie. Thanks in advance!

I think that you may be using too many products after washing your hair. Try cutting it back to one. I actually don't use anything!! Try it and see what works!!

Sorry I should've clarified! I alternate between the leave in conditioner and curl smoothie after showers and use the mousse the next day on dry hair.

My stepsister had super curly, dry hair. When she showers she leaves her conditioner in over night and sleeps in a shower cap. When she rinses it in the morning it's much easier to manage. This has helped her a lot.

I use this seawees mask and conditioner by H2O and it repairs my hair and also gives it a nice shine anls gives my hair more volume and curls. I got mine from ross for 4.99 I think you can get it at kohls too but I don't know

Ohh and for frizz control use a gel coconut oil when you leave your house it helps style your hair, keep your hair in place, control frizz, and makes your hair look and feel healthy this is also something I use on my hair hope this helps.

Try switching shampoos. Head and shoulders is super harsh, I use it when getting dye out and it dries it out super bad. Try the organix coconut shampoo, I really like that one, or any sulfate free shampoo, loreal's ever-line is really good for the cheaper price. I personally like the treseme one in the black bottle with green writing on it.

Coconut oil is a sealant, so it can't seal in moisture that isn't there, try a moisturizing oil like pure argon oil, olive, jojoba, or castor oil. Make sure when buying oil it's organic and the only ingredient is that oil, most drugstore brand oils are cut with other cheaper things. I know the pantene argon oil is less than 5% actual argon oil and has alcohol in it, which dries the hair out badly. I'd check your bottled and see the ingredients, any health store will have pure oils, and they aren't much more expensive than the drugstore options.

Make sure the curl cream and the mousse don't have alcohol, and try using a weekly mask :) even an olive oil mask once a week will make a huge difference, same with a drugstore bought mask. The Loreal power 5 mask (I think that's what it's called, in the white tub with the red writing) will help with adding lots of moisture.

I scrunch my hair with gel after I take a shower and put hair spray to make it less frizzy and I love my curls!

Maybe do a Macadamia deep hair masque once a week?

I'd say stop using head and shoulders. Also when I shower I wash my hair then put conditioner in then do the rest of my shower stuff before washing out the conditioner
