I think thats a great choice! that cut would really suit you. the colour is a perfect choice too since its close to your natural colour so you won't have a hard time adapting to it but at the same it will succeed in giving you that fresh new look that your looking for. I say go for it!!

I'm personally not a fan of the color. Your current hair color is gorgeous! I would just maybe get some lighter highlights if you want a little bit of a change. The cut is cute, but I would keep your hair a little longer than the one in the picture because short hair is a pain! Mine always curled outwards at the end and you're very limited to hair styles. Plus, your hair will never always turn out super cute like the one in the picture. It's just such a dramatic change and I don't want you to regret it because hair takes a while to grow out!! If you are serious about getting it, go for it
