My nails used to grow out really long, strong, and healthy. I could square them perfectly and the white part didnt curve or have any bumps. Now my nails get weird when they grow out. They get weirdly bent and they're wider and flatter when you look at them. They no longer look nice and long when I grow them out. I have a pictjre of what they used to look like but not a good one of now since I just cut them.

Use a nail strengthening polish :) but for the love of mankind please do NOT take Biotin or any other hair/skin/nails vitamins unless told to by a Dr or medical professional.

I completely agree with Hannah! A strengthening polish works great. Also I recommend using cuticle oil. If your cuticles are in bad shape, it can affect the nail itself. You can apply it overnight and wear gloves to bed, and when you wake up you will have nourished nails!

Have you changed your diet recently? I would consult a doctor if you have, they can tell you if you have a deficiency and can recommend vitamins to take. Please do not take Biotin or other hair/skin/nails vitamins unless it is recommended by a doctor, like Hannah said.

I agree with both girls, strengthening polish will work wonder on brittle nails, and I also agree with a cuticle oil or balm. Dally Hansen has some good ones of both, and burts bees has a really good cuticle balm that smells like lemons 😊

Thanks ladies! I started using a lot of hand sanitizer so it could be drying them out maybe. Do you have any recommendations on the polishes?

Dip in warm coconut oil and let soak for 5 minutes then take them out and massage your nail for 5 minutes! It helps for quick pinker and healthier nails! After this I suggest a clear coat of strengthening nail polish to protect from chips!
