I sleep on a cotton pillow. However my hair breaks and gets dry at the ends very easily. I've heard that a silk and satin pillow work but silk and satin make my hair super frizzy in the morning, although my hair is already frizzy.

I've always slept on a silk pillowcase. I've never had any issues but I personally think even if it makes your hair frizzy the benefits of a silk pillowcase are worth the one con.

You can sleep with your hair in a loose braid if you like. Have you tried that?

You could be a wild sleeper which is why it might frizz on a silk pillowcase. You could try getting a sleeping bonnet or a sleeping cap to wear on your head while you sleep so that way if you move around it's not too bad on your hair.

Maybe to prevent hair breakage you could put your hair in a bun on top of your head so it's not rubbing against the pillow, I have the same issue! Not sure if it will help or worsen the frizzy issue! This helps me so hopefully it will help you too! :)
