I personally have never seen lip injections that looked good. I'm not one of those people who doesn't believe in cosmetic procedures/surgeries but there is no way I would ever recommend for someone to get lip injections. Sorry, just giving my honest opinion...

Not everyone was born with beautiful lips like Les. and for myself it's been a huge insecurity of mine and something I was picked on about for years so finally when I was 26 and financially stable enough to afford it I started lip injections (for myself and my happiness) and I love them they definitely are not for everyone and I do not recommend anyone get them and I wasn't recommending Karly get them I was simply going to answer questions.

Lisa that is pretty judgemental.... to each is own... there are a lot of women who have successfully gotten lip injections and look even more beautiful then before. I think as long as you don't over due it and it looks plumpy not like duck lips, if you want to enhance your lips..go for it.

You have to be careful who you go to. I got juverderm which last around 6/9months... you have to keep getting them refilled as your body will as loely absorb it... there's also permanent solutions like lip implants but I wouldn't know anything about that

Thats great Brooke, and sorry I wasn't meaning you earlier! I was just giving my opinion not towards anybody, just in general on how I feel about lip injections. I didn't even see your first post when I first commented either... I'm glad that you really like your injections, I know everyone has insecurities with their body, I know in the future I would like to have some stuff so I get it!

I was just stating my opinion on lip injections! I wasn't telling her not to do them I was just explaining how I would not do them myself. Sorry.

@Lisa I totally get your opinion and why you wouldn't.
The first time I had my lips done it cost me $619 (that's outrageous) for juvederm I had no idea that I needed to do a ton of research prior I just went with a friend who had other fillers done by this person and trusted her my first time was absolutely horrific my result was deformed lips that I had to get fixed. I now go to someone who is extremely talented and wonderful who does an amazing natural job and charges $469. I don't recommend anyone get injections unless they have done a lot of research on who is doing them and has actually seen their work as juvederm is not permanent but if done wrong it's an expensive and embarrassing fix.

Great way to look at it, Ms. Jacqueline. I feel the same way about my skincare visits to my Estie so I make financial cuts where I have to and often skip other things (lots) to afford keeping my skin care up. Reny, I feel it is an investment in self and nothing beats feeling fantastic!
