Have you been to the doctor? If it's becoming so bad that it is noticeable, then you could have a vitamin deficiency or another underlying cause.

Have you tried looking into rogaine for women?.. I personally haven't tried it but I seen a youtube video from Still Glamourous and it seemed to work for her..

You should see your physician as R.T. spoke of...this can be anything from stress and a Vitamin deficiency to an Endocrine issue, such as a thyroid that is off. I'd make an appointment as a first step.

You're welcome.. the ladies are correct about making an appt. as a first step I do know stress and diet play a big part. I found this article..
"If you?re removing more hair from the drain than usual, you may want to take a closer look at your diet: Having low levels of vitamin D and iron could be playing a role in your thinning locks."
"Researchers at Cairo University found that women who were experiencing hair loss also had lower levels of iron and vitamin D2?and hair loss only got worse as the levels dropped."
So yes I would see a doctor first and research. I was actually going to post some questions as well because when I was younger my hair was sooo thick now I'm 25 my hair is long but very thin and after reading this article I didn't know iron deficiency has to do with it which I'm anemic so I learned something today lol
I hope you find a resolution also I know hair loss can be hereditary so keep that in mind too.

You can take another step to seek treatment or medications, such as Rogaine (as Crystal mentioned) ...and ask for recommendations for what you can do on your end by visiting a Derm that specializes in hair loss. Bring a copy of your bloodwork and any medication you are currently taking. I agree wholeheartedly about discussing diet.. My physician had me amp up certain foods to address my needs as MANY products are fortified with Vitamin D. Remember that natural sunlight (even through sunscreen) is going to be an amazing source of D for your body. I walk early in the day, with a broad spectrum sunscreen on, sometimes PURELY to get enough D from nature as I have an aversion to heat/direct sunlight. Best of luck to you.

I started to have a problem of hair loss at the top of my head in my 20s. I did check with the doctor, was eating healthy, but found out it is most likely heredity. I tried many DIY with essential oil, coconut oil and more. What helped me to start getting my hair back were two products from myhairdance.com. They have a lot of same herbs and oils I was using but not all at the same time, since it was impossible to have all ingredients together. They also use some ingredients I have never heard before but found out they are really helpful (Caffeine, Witch Hazel). the morning I saw my new hair I wanted to stop every women on the street with thinning hair to tell her about my success. But I did not, I am too shy :) It is very frustrating to loose hair and see there is nothing you can do about it. I am happy now! I will try to make and post my new hair picture her to encourage everyone!
