What foundation are you using?

Sounds like it's oxidizing.

Maybe it's your powder if it's tinted or a powder foundation over a regular liquid or cream foundation.
Powders that have color usually darken when they go over liquid or oily types of stuff, I'd highly suggest trying the RCMA No color powder that's available here.
Or, it could be due to your foundation oxidising

Oxidation is more common on oily skin, I find that using a clear or translucent powder on top really prevents oxidation cause I feel when I use a tinted powder that matches and my skin produces oil it will darken that powder especially if I try to touch up

Your bb cream and powder maybe oxidising, which is when it reacts to the oxygen in the air and turns an orange colour. Your best bet is to try a new BB cream and powder which doesn't oxidise or try a primer underneath

Someone posted the same issue and like I mentioned on that post maybe blotting your skin before application might turn things around for you. Along with using a primer after blotting and then setting it with a colorless powder.
