I think by what you are trying to say is you want a long lasting glow for your skin, if so try using MAC strobe cream

Becca Highlighters all the way!! They are amazing and they look glowy not glittery! When I first tried them I didn't think they did anything until I stepped away from the mirror and my skin looked amazing.

I agree with Nicole, I believe she's asking for a skin radiance glow to the skin not necessarily a powder glow highlight but let's hope she can clarify. I love mac strobe cream, Boots 7 face balm, Estee lauder radiance, so many product's to help just look for radiance, illuminating. :)
