I wear lots of eyeliner everyday but it always gets on my top lip too. This causes a very inconvenient and embarrassing scene. Does anyone know what is going on and what I can do to make it stop?

I get that too! I just use a primer (too faced) and then the Mac studio finish concealer on top set with powder, and I always set my liner with a matching eyeshadow- that tends to hold up longer for me. I've also stuck tape to the back of my hand, pulled it off, and blotted off all the oils in my lids first

I try to do the 'perfect' winged liner to go with my mascara; but I can never get it- it always gets so sloppy, I even tried using the card, and tape trick.. no help. Any advice?

So, my daughter and I both use the Wet & Wild waterproof liquid liner. Whenever either one of us uses black, this happens! I wonder if it's something in the formula to get it that "blackest black?" Anyhoo, I switched to dark brown and haven't had a problem since. My daughter now stands in front of a fan to make sure her eyeliner is completely dry before moving on to her next makeup step. Good luck - let us know what ultimately works for you!

I use waterproof/smudge proof gel liner, I got mine at Walmart for about $6 and it never goes anywhere when I put it on my eyes, I can even put it on my bottom water line without having it leak down, which has always been a problem for me, I also used to set my liner with a black or a similar colour eyeshadow, it takes away the moisture from your eyes which makes it not bleed.
