Myself, I'd go on a no buy or be willing to part with a few favorite costly cosmetics..hell...even dining out or a new purse, shoes, etc...if it meant finally finding products that work wonderfully with my skin. I do that just to afford to see my Esthetician twice a year and use certain products from my derm. I cut back on my Starbucks bigtime...passed on quite a few nights out or a concert I was dying to see to be able to use the best for my skin. Skincare is where I spend the most...and hair..lol I am cutting corners left and right so that I am consistent in my skincare. I feel ya, I really do and perhaps you will find something less pricey that works, but I'd give it a second thought...or at least wean off my products to test my skin. Perhaps give up just one to save money and keep the others for now. Tough situation. :/

Maybe examine the key ingredients and look for those in another line..in addition to where they fall on the label. Ahhh...I know we all have our priorities and favs to spend our money on. I'm just all about skincare and hair..my wardrobe lacks for certain. Hope the others can be of some help!

Well, I just checked their site and for example, one if Ph Formula acne treatments lists this beneath the product:
Key Ingredients

Niacinamide
Mandelic Acid
Lactoferrin
Galactaric Acid
Azeloglycine
Salicylic Acid
PH-DVC?

Paraben free preservative system

So say you used this...those would be the key ingredients you would want in your new product. If it notes "paraben free*...another thing to look for. Seeing the ingredients, I can see why it is so effective. Niacinimide and Salicylic are a great combo for treating acne. I hear ya on weightloss...I'm I'm the same boat. Great job!

If you want to go Lush to go natural, I can't suggest it. It's full of colorants and not that effective anyways.

Maybe you could list the products you tried that didn't work for you and ask people here to give you advice on what worked for them? I'm way past the age of acne and have dry skin so I don't think the products I use would work for you.

That's strange. Maybe if you would return to cheaper yet quality products like Mario Badescu, the acne wouldn't return then?

I mean that now that it is cured, it might not come back if you use cheaper but quality products like Mario Badescu, for example.

Sorry, I'm not a native. I'm new to Mario Badescu, but sofar I love it. I could already see results from their eye cream.
Do you actually get answers from companies?
