Aw that sucks :( Did you use anything else on your arms since it was only the arms that got a reaction? Or eat something you might be allergic to? As I understand about burts bee (I havent tried it) its made with a lot og bees wax - so that could be what you are reacting to!

Nothing else went on my arms :( and I didn't eat anything different yesterday. I'm so upset and uncomfortable.

Aw I'm sorry! Don't use it again! And maybe try a really heavy body butter over it to take the itching!

When I had a bad reaction to lotion my doctor told me take benadryl. It stopped all the itching and burning for me.

This contains fragrance. Your arms may be more sensitive to it...or to honey. Feel better soon.

I agree with roz - their products do contain bee byproducts (including honey and royal jelly and beeswax in some cases) so if you are allergic to bee stings or honey or those other bee byproducts you should probably stay away from that brand entirely - the antihistamine should work well otherwise try to not put anything on those areas for at least a day if not longer until it clears up - you can try to spot test a small area again after it clears to confirm the allergic reaction if you want to make sure it came from this product.

I'm not allergic to bees at all and love honey! Lol. Maybe it's the fragrance that's bothering me?

Anybody can be allergic to anything, natural or not. But, I have tendency to blame fragrance 1st. I wouldn't put anything on it except maybe some cold compresses or aloe gel (that is unless you're allergic to aloe).

There is just something about that line that does nothing good for my skin at all. I would have to agree about the fragrance possibly being the culprit. It's weird how a product can affect one section of the body and not another. I can't handle medical grade lanolin on my lips but have no issue with it used on my legs and arms. I hope your skin heals up soon.

Shelley, it's just so bizarre to me! Usually my skin is totally fine with fragrances (I wear perfume) but it did not this lotion!!
