My skin becomes extremely dry in the winter, and I'm once again on a hunt to find a cleanser that doesn't make my face feel so dry I can't smile. I've heard about cold creams, but never have tried them... What's are your thoughts? And do you have any other cleanser recommendations? Thanks!

Try Purity by philosophy! You will like it best with a Clarisonic, face scrubby or a facial brush! But seriously the best cleanser I have ever used! It's super gentle, yet effective enough to take of face makeup (eye makeup is another story! Leaves your face feeling clean bet never dry!

Anything by aveno is amazing. Are you using a good mouisturizer? I have eczema and struggle with dry skin too and my dermatologist has helped a lot. That might be good if it is an available option.

Thank you! I will definitely be looking into purity by philosophy! Brittany, I actually use the calming aveeno moisturizer and I love it! But their face washes dry me out bad! It's quite strange.

Put down the foaming cleanser! If your skin is seriously dry, try a cream or oil cleanser. I switched to oil cleansing in Nov and love it for winter! My skin has never been so good!

Cream cleanser from Origins, they also have a cleansing oil, and a mega mushroom cleanser that all work great for really dry skin. Exfoliate and moisturize too! The Make a Difference+ moisturizers from Origins are my absolute favorite. They give you 3 options for moisturizers depending on your skin type.

Try using a oil cleanser you apply it on dry skin and then rinse. I'm dry and it's the only thing that I''ve ever used that doesn't leave my skin feeling dry or tight after I wash it.
