Better ways to apply my eyeliner!

I really don't know how to apply eyeliner without smearing it all over! Please help, I need tips for better application. Thanks!

What sort of eyeliner do you use? I have come to find the felt tip pens are the easiest to control.

If you're using a pencil, try following it with an eyeliner brush with black eyeshadow on it. This not only will set it, but make the color more intense.

I love the twist up pencils though u need to set with powder underneath to keep it from melting downward.
