You just have to be patient, in the first month your skin breaks out but then will start to heal so keep moisturizing, do your thing, and you will see it will get better , I promise :)

The CeraVe cream in a jar and Jojoba oil works great when your skin is dry and sensitive. Keep to fragrance free products to help with the irritation.

Just be sure that your moisturizer does not contain alcohol or fragance , those can be the cause of the sting.

A gentle moisturizer is a plus. I think I used one by Aveeno while on Accutane. It will get better. I remember after a few months that my face actually felt smooth! (I get really small whiteheads on my forehead). It cleared up my acne for years. I have some now but I last took it 10+ years ago. Be sure to wear sunscreen as well! You'll burn much easier.

I started almost two months ago myself. The products I use now ( and I have not had one flake since I started) are cerave hydrating cleanser, jojoba oil, maracuja oil, and either cerave moisturizing cream or Cetaphil moisturizing cream. I can't tell which works better at this point! I always mix 3-5 drops of one of the oils with a cream for moisturizing. For my lips I use dr. Dans Cortibalm which literally saved my lips! If you have trouble getting all your makeup of with just a cleanser I use simple or Cetaphil wipes first. For my body I use Cetaphil daily advance lotion which works great for me, I got really itchy when I first started the medication and this has fixed that problem. Just make sure you moisturizer as soon as you get out of the shower because it's best while your skin is still slightly damp! Hope this helps you!!
