You should fill them in. The inner parts are kinda thick so if you want thick brows just follow those and line them, and if you don't want them that thick, just pluck a little in that area then just fill them in. Try the Anastasia brow kit, try the stencils there if youre not sure how to fill them in, or just look for stencils. :)

I think it would be best to let them grow, and then reshape them,outer parts are a little too thin compared to the inner...Don't be scared :) Just fill them for now,and then when they grow up,you can go to waxing or threading :)
