How do you play with hooded eye makeup?

I was the mono-lid comment. I was referring not to the Asian type but rather the slight difference between the weight of the hood. Looking at your lid I would assume that when your eye is closed it creates one, smooth lid. Hence the mono lid. The two are very similar whereas a more heavily hooded eye as you see with signs of aging cause the hood to persist beyond the point of closing the eye, in essence creating two seperate lids and a crease that is never visible. whereas with a more slight hood or a mono lid the crease is fully visible during the blink. Feel free to disagree. They are your eyes. I just wanted to present my reasoning.

Since your eyes naturally hide the lid you should play with eye makeup that is really pretty on the lid so when you blink it pops!(:
and the flawless face requires a good foundation and trying different techniques. all foundations look differently when applied in different ways you just have to test out the ways like with fingers or with different brushes

You have hooded eyes, try using lighter colours like beige and light browns to open your eyes more, bring it up and well away fron your crease to bring it above onto your hooded bit. and for a flawless face you realy need a good foundation that looks really natural.
