Best brand for eyeshadow is for sure urban decay,and greens ,golds,lavenders look good on blue eyes I have blue eyes too but I will pretty much wear any color I'm a total eyeshadow hoarder:)

Urban decays naked palletes are very good and you can combine all the colors. It are all basic earthy colors and you cAn create natural looks. But its kinda expensive.

Maybelline!:) it's so good, affordable, and have some amazing colors!:) if you also want them to long last, you can get the eye tattoo colors. They are perfect!:D
