Hi guys, I am a newbie in makeup and I need help in taking care of brushes. I usually see in posts here that I can use a baby shampoo for cleaning, but is this ok regardless if the brush is synthetic or natural? I find cleaners here quite expensive so if you may also advise cheap or diy tricks in taking care of your brushes. Thanks!

I am a makeup artist,I use shampoo for makeup brushes and soap for makeup sponges.You don't need cleaners.

Just make sure your disinfecting them. They can build bacteria quickly. Also don't get the ferrile wet it will ruin your brush.
