Vada, maybe you should look harder. She obviously put mascara, maybe a hint of eyeliner in the corners, filled in her brows a bit and I think maybe a bb cream. Maybe it's the lighting that makes it look that way and maybe a little something on her lips.
I think it's super cute!! Perfect for her age

Its very natural you cnt really see it but I can tell the difference in the two pics. iwould add some eyeliner on top not to thick tho jst to make her eyes pop more nd iwould also go with a darker pink lipstick nd that would make her lips pop.

I find you can't tell a huge difference. I would suggest maybe adding a very subtle darker neutral shadow to the lids or make the eyeliner just a bit thicker. However, because she is so young I think it's great that you kept it simple and age appropriate.

I think it's good:) someone said it looks like you did nothing but I think her skin has a warmer feel to it and her eyes stand out more.

She's 13 so the "no-makeup makeup" look is perfect for her.
