There are a few topics I'd like to inquire about. Firstly, I just turned nineteen in January - but I'm experiencing changes with my body - mostly my skin, which is what's bothering me. Normally, I would have oily skin. Now it's combination and some of it could be due to the dry weather, but I had never gotten acne on my cheeks before. It's just blackheads and tiny pimples (they're not whiteheads, though..) along with tons of dry spots. Also on my nose. Any ideas on what this is? Also,
I need to know of a decent, inexpensive drugstore facial cleanser. Maybe an all-in-one type deal, or not. Please, send ideas.
My back and right arm - my dad had psoriasis, my brothers do too. I don't know if this can sprout up later in life, or if I'm just dealing with eczema, but it's everywhere on my back and arm. Some big dry spots, some small and red... I'm unsure. but it constantly itches. Blah!
Thanks!

I really like cetaphil face wash and then aveeno moisturizer. I'm pretty similar to you when I turned 19 my skin suddenly changed to combination and I started breaking out and getting dry spots. this combo really has fixed it though. good luck!
