My little sister (13) has really sensitive skin on her arms and legs kind of like eczema, but it gets a lot worse on holidays or during the summer with the combination of heat sunblockand sea water, not much things doctors and dermatologists and that recommended helped and its kept her from learning to swim well because salt water I'm particular stings. I had the same thing when I was younger I found staying I'm the salt water helped but it doesn't.t for her. I also grew out of it but she hasn't any ideas on what helps?

I've been having the same thing for years in a row. It was a seasonal thing for me as well and I wasn't sure why. When I went to my doctor we tried so many things until she prescribed me with his ointment. It is like a "steroid" gel ointment. Apply it twice a day and in no time it was clearing up! I would have her suggest to her doctor what she thought of that.
Good luck to her! I know exactly how it much it sucks, I feel for her!

I have a really bad case of eczema as well, the only difference is mine is way worse in the winter when its really dry out, make sure she moisturizes it with cortizone and keep it in the sun too! it helped me! hopefully it gets better(:

Try hydracorazone cream. I had eczema as a young kid too. If she wants to swim take her to a pool with limited amounts of clourean.
