How To Get Rid Of Blemishes And Red Blotches?

I don't like my face it has red mark and blotches over so I feel I always need foundation. Is there anything that gets rid of them?

I have acne prone skin and I use nutregena's pink grapefruit scrub it really helped me clear up my acne. I also had acne that wad red and it helped get rid of the redness.
