Hi I'm from Vancouver wa I want to move to tacoma by end of the year I was wonder how is work up there in the beauty business? I fell in love with it yesterday when I was up there for the zoo I can see myself building a life there:) oh and if you are from that area how do you like it? I'm I a single mother do you think this is a good place to raise my son? :) thank you for the help.

I loved Tacoma, lived there for 9 years! There is sooooooooo to get into x I euros go back in a heart best, but my hubby didn't like :( O well. Anyhow, I think you could do well! It's a lot of marketing and networking, competition is kinda high. Crime us likely higher than you are used to, I had my truck broken into regularly until I didn't tinted my windows illegally dark. Lock your stuff ALWAYS, hereto out of the ghettos, and good luck!

I work in Seattle and competition is high. Many top clients already have contracts with the local artists so its hard to book commercial clients. Wedding business is also hard because there are sooo many bridal artists.
