I have a lot bumps on my forehead, some cystic acne and a lot of whiteheads. I've tried a lot of acne creams that didnt do anything.. Any recommendations?

Murad has one that comes in a tube. It contains sulfur which, in my opinion, does a great job at getting rid of acne. I use it to when I get a few due to hormonal and my 14 year old uses it as well. DDF also has a great sulfur based acne mask as well. And with these ultra drying products make sure you are using an oil free moisturizer so you don't dry out your skin thus producing even more acne.
