Definitely foundation and setting powder. Everything else you can go drugstore especially if on a budget and just starting out in makeup.

La Mer's Tinted Moisturizer and Loose Powder. I personally have tried their tm and it's really good. I heard a lot of good stuffs on their loose powder and I am splurging anytime soon! ^_^
