So my upper and lower lips are different shades. The upper is a bit darker than my lower lip. Is that normal/okay? When I put a rose pink lipstick my lower lip looks fine but my upper lip looks a bit dark like you know the color is there but it's not the same shade of my lower lip. But if I go outside where everything is bright, the lipstick color looks fine on both my lips. Is this normal or should I buy lipstick a shade darker than my upper lip?

No, I don't think that it is necessary to buy lipstick in two different shades. Maybe it's the lighting where you have your mirror, that casts a shadow on your upper lip. I hope you understand what I'm trying to say! :-)

Just put a bit of foundation/concealer on first!

It's normal to have a darker upper lip.
