Under eye wrinkles and bags?

When I was younger I would never remove my makeup and if I did, I would pull on my skin to get it off. Now that I'm older I've noticed that I have developed under eye wrinkles and bags. Is there anyway I could hide them, or minimize them with an under eye cream? And if so, which under eye cream is recommended?

Put slices of raw potato on eyes for half and hour...then apply compressions also...improve blood circulations by doing breathing exercises too...
