I know this may be a gross question or even a simple, "stop biting your nails", but I was wondering if you all had any advice that's worked for you. I've googled info, as well, but it's better straight from the source. Thanks! :)

You can buy these horrible tasting nail polishes, they work well or (I know this one sounds stupid) but whenyou are at home put socks over your hands!!

I have always been biting my nails until I got acrylics. for me they were the only way to break the habit.

I suggest going with the sock idea. For me I bite my nails constantly... Even if I have acrylics I bite the acrylics... And the bad tasting nail polish won't really work at least not for me..

I bite & break acrylics. If you religiously put the orly on- 2x/day, I can't see how it wouldn't work. It tastes terrible

I suggest getting gel nails done, they are super solid and kinder to your nails than acrylic nail, they last for around 3 weeks and there's no way you could bite through them haha.

Try thinking of other ways or things to do to keep your mind off it

I used the orly no bite polish at first and when I was almost at the point of not biting any more, I keep them painted all the time. If they look pretty, I don't bite them.
