Go with your gut! I have both nostrils pierced but I got the second one done 4 years after the first. The piercer guy just told me to pick and stick with that choice because it was my gut choice. And so I picked my right side as an instinct. At the time I had my rook pierced on my left ear so I felt choosing the right side would feel more balanced. If that makes any sense... If you have a piercing at the top of one of your ears you should get it on that side of your nose.

Honestly people still believe in "gay piercings"? I thought that crap was dispelled in the 90s. Go with whatever side you won't bump when getting dressed, styling your hair, or sleeping. It will heal easier if you don't whack it on accident. :)

I have mine on the left (even though I'm not a lesbian...I've NEVER heard of that!!) I think it's personal preference! You'd look good either way! :)
