Toner! Works wonders and Is great for your skin, but once you use it have some cotton wool ready with warm water on to wipe over your eyes cos if you open your eye and toner is on the lashes it stings like a bitch! Cleanse and clear is great! Any toner is great tbf

I have been using ponds cold cream to remove my makeup for almost 5 years. It removes all makeup including stubborn eyeliner and waterproof mascara. You can find ponds cold cream at your local drugstore.

Up & Up (Target brand) Eye Makeup Remover. It's comparable to Neutrogena...in fact I've heard it's better. I wouldn't know since I've never used the Neutrogena but the Up & Up brand is great! Just make sure to hold the cotton pad on ur eye for a few seconds before u wipe to let the product soften up the makeup. Oh and it's only like $4-$5!
