Cetaphil face wash system and I use baking soda and lemon juice and mix them together and let it sit on my face for about 15 minutes! Or you can you zapzyt from Walmart!

mixing baking soda and lemon juice is worthless. it creates a chemical reaction that breaks everything down. separately, baking soda can be used as an exfoliant and lemon has some astringent properties...but don't apply them to your face at the same time. *smh*

there is something called clear zit I adore it, its like magic I recommended it to all who I see wiz acne its only for 2 dollars, u just have to put on za zit and never try to play wiz ur zits, try it wiz smalll amounts I love it

Well, it isn't technically and acne wash, but I have acne and it helped tremendously.
It is $18 at Ulta and it's their brand; Ulta Renew Hydra Quench Foaming Oil Facial Wash. (that's a mouthful lol)
I really recommend it. :)
