I get a lot of "fallout"? or black specks under my eyes from when I wear mascara. its probably from sweat or something but how do you prevent that and what is the best mascara? also, which mascara doesn't make your eyelashes stiff?

I get that too, I am using scandal eyes by rimmel and it helps but makes you're eye lashes stiff:(

Try maybellines Full N Soft mascara - make sure to get the waterproof kind. You can also try wiping off the wand before applying to your lashes. A lot of times there is a ton of extra product on the wand that you don't need.
