how can I get my makeup not to smudge?

my makeup always smudges in the corner of my eye And I don't normally wear foundation or anything I just use primer but it still gets everywhere :( any help I can get?

It helps if you take a small brush and lightly dab a little powder under the eye after putting on foundation or primer, It usually helps eye makeup to not smudge

Use a smaller brush

I put a black eyeshadow over the eyeliner with a small brush and it lasts all day without smudging

Use a makeup setting spray

Mac fix it spray.. It sets the makeup and I normally have it dripping down my face LOL
