This will sound gross but haemorrhoid ointment. It has powerful anti inflammatory qualities. Also try a cooled chamomile tea bag.

Ya I read on this product by the people who make sexy mother pucker , on an under the eye puffiness tired look models used hemorrhoid ointment ! Be embarrassing to buy so I know there is that product
