I know they hurt but I always see my black heads go. Some people say it widens your pores is that true? Are there other ways to deeply remove blackheads because exfoliating isn't cutting it.

yes it can make the blackheads worse because you're exposing your pores to bacteria and grime and the strips can tear off a little skin as well. check this out on the web

I think if you use them once a week, they should be fine. Either way you will need to open up your pores to remove blackheads, so just make sure you cleanse your face well afterwards and splash cold water to close them up.

Warm h2o w/ ur fav cleanser & absolutely a splash of cold h2o after 2 close ur pores up... Follow w/ favorite moisturizer ( w/ sunscreen) & maybe vitamin E around eyes

THE BEST ONES AND CHEAP ! go to body care. there 99p there in a white box with a women on the front. Carnt beat them ! splash your face with hot water or steam your face before u use them

They are the worst thing to use! Don't use them again! They strip off a layer of your skin and take a lot of essentials out of your skin. After time you'll end up with broken capillaries, rosacea and could develop other skin conditions.
