Hello everyone, so I have a bit of a problem that I was wanting some advice on. I am a very active person. I do martial arts and full body workouts. This equals to working out 5 days a week. I've been noticing the more I workout the more breakouts I get on my face. Any tips to help reduce my breakouts? Thanks!

Try brining facial wipes with you when you go to work out and wipe whenever you can. That might help with the oil.

Try to take all your makeup of before your workouts , bring a towel to wipe sweat of your face our even facial wipes. Wash your face as soon as you can after your workouts. I'm extremely active as well, just try to keep your face as clean as possible!

The sweat is what causes it and your oil.glands are more active when you sweat... use a bha moisturizer or serum... neutrogena makes one its part of their acne line ( you don't need to have acne to use it)... its in a 2oz tube and light teal sea foam color... it has 3 in 1 on the package... use it at night daily and wash your face every morning... for big pimples use good ol clean and clear 5% benzolyl peroxide treatment on the actual breakout at night... use a bha toner too... paulas choice has one... go on beautypedia.com.

I have dry/sensative skin, will the bha and peroxide make that part worse?
