Nothing gets rid of a spot entirely in 4hours, sorry to break it to you. Whenever I use chemicals on my skin I break out, (benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid). I recommend cetaphil, its very gentle, dermatologist recommended, and it is the only thing that has worked for me.

Cetaphil and then moisturizer. Changed my skin. I would get so frustrated and use a million products. Facial cleaner with benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid and then acne cream and try to apply a ton of makeup to camouflage. I stopped doing that and started being gentle. I agree with Mariah. I also went to the dermatologist and got a prescription of antibiotics and it worked wonders.
