Any tips on growing our your hair?

Use natural oils (coconut, sweet almond, olive etc) as a pre wash treatment. In 6 months my hair has grown quite a bit and is much thicker too from doing this :)
Also try washing your hair less like once or twice a week. Washing it strips out the natural oils/moisture.
If you mix a drop or two (NO MORE! it will burn your scalp) of peppermint oil into a bowl of coconut oil (or another one I mentioned above) and massage it into the scalp, it will help stimulate blood flow and hair follices.
Use a hydrating shampoo. I recommend TIGI bedhead urban antidotes range.
