I completely understand, I've had a small forehead wrinkle since my early teens due to genetics. My best suggestions are these:eat collagen boosting foods, drink plenty of water, never skip moisturizer. Those things are, in my opinion, the best defense. For my moisturizer I use a Kiehls anti wrinkle cream. Forgot the name will post later. Facial exercises can help too, just make sure to choose reputable ones and do them right! Goodluck (: hope this helps.

Katelynn, did doing all those things get rid of it? Or at least help a lot? I have one and I'm only 22, it's been there a long time. It's only faint but I have a high forehead and I feel like it draws attention to it even more. Also, what foods are considered collagen boosting?x

Hi Kim! I'm 21 so we are in the same boat it seems. Yes I can't say for sure it was one thing or another, but it hasn't gotten worse and my skin in general looks better! Melons, especially in the cantaloupe family, dark leafy greens, orange fruits and vegetables are the 3 that have been proven. There are some great articles about it online! I'd suggest websites with a sound medical reputation. Good luck! (:

Oh I LOVE melon, that's good news! Can't say I wasn't hoping you we're gonna say chocolate, wotsits and ice cream though lol :( shame that!

Thanks ladies. Yeah, I've had them for years - I believe due to genetics as well, but it seems like they are more prominent now sigh

Yes sadly if only ice cream was the solution /: lol. And good news! small amounts of dark chocolate (70%+) are good for you (: if you like dark chocolate, look at the packages when at the store next and you'll see which ones are more than 70. It IS more expensive but a bite or two is probably all you'll want (:

I have this problem too. I notice it when I put my make up on. For some reason I have a habit of raising my eyebrows whenever I apply make up which makes it a lot worse

Yes I've heard that and dark chocolate is really nice too. Maybe melt some dark chocolate and dip some melon into it as a healthyish forehead wrinkle/chocolate craving buster!
I'm not sure if mine is genetics or if its the fact that I take sooo many pictures of myself with my eyebrows raised and my pout trout that its given me a permanent forehead wrinkle! Who knows. My social networking whoring problem is BAD.

I have one too and I'm only 24 but I've had it for awhile. I've started using a Clarisonic with a retinol cleanser and following it with Ole Henriksen Truth Serum and it has helped immensely. Keeping hydrated also makes a huge difference as well.

Forehead Wrinkles are sign of aging. To get rid of these problem you have to follow some tips. The tips are,
• Egg Whites: This is a popular cure for aging skin. Apply egg whites mixed with coconut oil to the face and let it dry before rinsing off. This helps maintain the elasticity of your skin and eliminate signs of aging. The coconut oil works as a moisturizer and prevents skin dehydration as well.

• Pineapple: Pineapple is rich in antioxidants and is a fruit known for its anti-aging effects. Apply pineapple juice all over the skin and leave it on for five minutes before washing off. This increases the level of Alpha-Hydroxy Acids (AHA) in the skin that are essential to fight the aging process.

• Facial Massage: Regular facial massages with oils such as vitamin E oil, castor oil or coconut oil can help prevent dehydration of the skin. The strong strokes of a massage also help prevent permanent lines and drooping of the skin.
