I love the maybelline color tattoo in barely beige. For my skin tone iit works great and even though it has a little shimmer it doesn't clash with my neutral looks.

Love - Wet n Wild (Fergie collection) and then I use Maybelline Color Tattoos as a base for my eyeshadows. Hate - Urban Decay Primer Potion. Makes all my eyeshadows crease.

Love: E.L.F. eyelid primer with NYX Jumbo Pencil in "Milk". Makes my eye shadows stick and pop!
Hate: UD Primer Potion. It creased like crazy and felt oily. Wasn't impressed with Too Faced Shadow Insurance. It creased after a few hours.
