I love tattoos & I think they are beautiful when done right. I haven't got one but I'm getting one on my 21st and its something that's been on my mind for 6 years now so I know exactly what it will say and etc. But getting a tattoo just cause you want your boyfriend to find it sexy is not the best thing. It should be for you and you alone. That's my opinion anyway.

If it doesn't mean something to you then it's a really bad idea. If there is something meaningful that's one thing - so a guy can find it? The worst idea ever! Guys call girl tatoos but antlers and 'tramp stamp' for a reason. Because many of them are secretly looking down on what they look at as grafitti of an otherwise beautiful body. Ha ha no I just thought of something they'd like to see. A ratio that says "I'm easy, disease free, and on the pill"

It has to mean something. Your own initials to claim you body make sense, I've heard "my kids birthdays ". A tribal symbol from someone's own tribe, etc.

I agree with Stephanie D. 100 percent, and the lovely people who understand tattoos are an art. they're ment to have such a powerful meaning for you, so powerful that you have to permanently have it on you. I'm glad im not the only one who still believes this ♥
